Rhodes won on points 79-74, Woodhouse won after McArthur retired at the end of 4th with hand injury Heads up to Ryan Clark who got his 2nd win in 51 fights last night :happy
Woodhouse looked really slick against McArthur, who retired at the end of 4 with a hand injury. Curtis said he could box for the British title next year. Rhodes was the star of the night for me. He won 79-74 and had khomistki down late on. Ryan looked really impressive in the second half of the fight abs said afterwards he,s got a European title fight lined up for April with a view to boxing for the world title again in late 2012. David Barnes showed some really slick work in bursts on his return. Lee Stewart from York beat Jonny Greaves on points and Nahah Ali drew with Chris Riley in the best of the undercard. Overall a really good card which wouldn't have looked out of place on tv.
Shame about the small set back for Najah, but Riley is as tough as they come and he'll always give you a good fight over four rounds. Well done to ESB's Curtis Woodhouse! :good
