For some reason im really looking forward to this fight. How do you see it panning out? Im going to go with Woods UD... he has impressed me with his last few solid title defenses and seems to be getting better with age. However, does anyone think he will struggle with Tarver's style?

Tarver by UD for me,he made a tough job of Balboa but i think he will be to good for Clinton Woods.

Woods is much improved in the last few years. I'd give him the nod by a close UD.

I see Tarver losing. Mostly because he is a loser.

i watched rocky balboa yesterday for the first time.

i know tarver said he bulked up for the role and had to lose a lot of weight to get back down to pro light heavy.

looking at the film he packed all the weight around his midriff.

he had a pot belly in that film .

as to the fight if tarver really has slipped and was not just lacksidasical in his last 3 fights woods will win.

to me it looks like tarvers legs have gone , bernard was so easily able to get in and out of position v tarver , with tarver just standing there doing an impression of a lampost.

If Tarver fights as bad as in his last couple of fights, Woods has actually a chance of beating him.

Woods has a decent chance of beating him anyway. Why wouldn't he?

I think Woods will begin to wear him down after a few slow rounds, and by the end Tarver will be just hanging on.
