Word on the street is that Mayweather's Showtime deal was worth $200 million

    If this $200 million is based on six fights then that's less than $35 million per fight...I thought he was earning more to be honest, shut load of money but nothing new...

    Some say hes getting no less than 80 million per fight

    Lets just say this fight will get 1.5M PPV at $65 a pop that's $97 million. How the **** will they break even if they'll guarantee Floyd $200M? Bunch of ****ing gullible *****S. :patsch

    Oscar, Hatton, JMM, Mosley, Ortiz and Cotto took five years to complete.

    sounds about right. They are taking a risk though. I see PBF losing soon. His showing with Cotto after reviewing it is alarming considering what Trout did to him.

    I would even go on record to say that Trout could beat PBF.

    PBF is slipping and that 6 fight guarantee was a good retirement plan.

    if it's true, this would be the 1st time i know of a network signing a fighter to a multi fight contract directly.


    ...are we now going to see more of showtime and also hbo signing their own fighters for multi fight deals directly???
