My kid works about the same kind of hours well he gets off work at 430 am so after work he does his roadwork comes home and sleeps then gets up to eat go to the gym etc..
you have to adjust your hours and really disipline yourself a bit more as your freinds will want to kick it when you know you should either be resting or getting ready for the gym.

Yeah bro you shouldnt stop training just find a way to adjust it you might have to break your sleep up for awhile until you find a better work schedule but I think its worth it. Ive been unemployed for 4 months now im going back to work and its 11 am to 8 pm which sucks cause there goes my MMA training the only ways I can practice is to take advantage of the Tuesday and Thursday 7 am GI BJJ classes although I dont train in a GI ill just make that adjustment and train there on my 2 days off although im not exicted about all that. Ill work this new job for a month or so to add another job to the resume and add some money to my account while I find something else.

    Try something like this.

Right after you come home from work, do your roadwork.

Then go to sleep, wake up around 3-4 pm. Eat. Let your food digest about 1-2 hours. Do your exercises around 6. Shower up, rest, and off to work.

I don't box. But I lift and run still. Normally work from 11-7am. I get off work and head off to the 24 hour fitness. Hit the weights and try to finish off with a run. Helps me sleep. If I don't work out I tend to have a hard time falling asleep. Get home around 10, eat and get to sleep around 11 or 12. Wake up at 8-9 pm. Sometimes earlier..
