workout for strength and conditioning?

    does anyone have a good workout for strength and conditioning for boxing.

    Depends on what type of strength you're looking for. Conditioning, start off with an easy mile as a warm up.

    Usually what we did during track was

    4x400m
    3x300m
    2x200m
    1x100m

    Then on a endurance day we usual do 3 miles and that's about it
