I am currently doing interminent fastinga nd i train twice a day 5 days a week Monday weights then kickboixng Tuesday light cardio then boxing Wednesday weights then light cardio Thursday light cardio and then kickboxing Friday weights then light cardio and when lifting weight my exercises are Dumbell bench prees 3x8 lunges 3x12 Barebll bent over rows 3x8 Bicep curls 3x8 Shoulder press 3x8 will this help me get ripped please help thanks
forgot to post the diet haha but i eat very clean no sweets or bad food my diet is 40% protein 40 carbs and 20 fats
40-40-20. lets say 1700 cal, probably going to loose weight. 40-40-20. lets say 3600 cal, probably going to gain weight. if you are expending more than you intake will get smaller. calorie surplus you will get bigger.
