Hey guys ive kinda gone away from boxing a bit and was doing a bit of weight lifting (spare me please RDJ) and was wondering wat the best exercises wld be for development of the Vastus mediallus? Im think just a normal squat and a hack squat wat u reckon?
You could always do the leg press with a wide stance. But yes, those two are probably going to work it more than any other.
yeh amy the leg is good as but the knee is a bit more concerning. Cos they dislocated my knee im trying to build up my legs to strengthen tendons etc etc then thort may as well do it all lol. Boxing is still not out of the question im only 18 im still young.
