http://www.jasoncbrown.tv/?p=134 This is my boy Anthony Gatt's morning workout before he trains in the gym. When im on my breaks from college, I train in my hometown of Philly, me and Ant have the same trainer, George James. I was his sparring partner for a few fights and trust me, the man hits like a ****ing mule. Great power in both hands, and he is really starting to get put together properly. Look out for this guy
technically I think what hes doing arent jumping lunges theyre like a split jump. But whatever, hes in great shape to finish 6 x 3 minute rounds of that.
Nice, nice. Without sounding like some sort of know-it-all Captain Obvious, his form looks really sloppy on those dumbbell snatches, maybe you should suggest that he locks them out with more determination or else he might develop elbow and/or shoulder-injuries over time. He has the motion down good and everything, he just drops them down in a very non-optimal way in terms of shoulder and elbow-joint sparing. In every top portion of a snatch/clean/press-variation it is important to maintain tension in locking out and also while transferring to the eccentric portion of the lift (the "dropping" of the weight). I think he would do well in using a heavier weight for his snatches and focusing on speed and power on the pull and locking out with control on the top. The weight looks way too easy for him. He looks good, he has a solid physical presence.
