I wish I could eat like that. If I did, I'd be superheavy in a couple of weeks!

    You think it's real?

    Sure it is.
After a good run, for a 220lb athlete that is reasonable.

great book i've owned it for a while. Here's roy jones jr for you since cheech went to bed:

5:30 A.M.: Full body stretch, 3-5 mile run, high-rep/low-weight leg weights.

    12:00 P.M:
warm-up by touching toes, side to sides, torso twists, pushups, full body strech. and bouncing around on toes. Then proceed to boxing workout, all of it does with 30 sec breaks in between.

    4X4 Shadowboxing

    4X4 Heavy-Bag

    16 Minutes Speedbag

    16 Minutes Double-End Bag

    25-minutes straight with jump-rope

    1200 Situps (4X100 situps, 4X100 leg raises, 4X100 crunches).

    no upper body weights.

Great thread. There should be a sticky in this forum with pro's workout routines and videos.

    It's do-able to eat 9 eggs.
    2-3 fried with your bacon.
    2-4 raw chugged down.
    And the rest scrambled.
    Or more scrambled.

Thanks Cheech, I wish they had given back exercises, but I guess he left that out.
