If you're suggesting 8 of the most talented HWs in: Usyk AJ Whyte Fury Parker Hunter Ruiz Joyce Would be brilliant for boxing but unfortunately due boxing promoters politics it's extremely unlikely. If it was to happen then Usyk would be the obvious favourite. Kalle has suggested a HW one in past featuring the non PPV stars which might be possible.
I meant the same competition system that was organized twice in CW (2017 - '18., 2018 - '20), SMW 2017 - '18., JWW and BW 2018 - '19.
Wouldn't happen in the diva era, and certainly not with all different promoters/advisors/tv contracts. It will never work with the current situation, or would be immensely expensive.
Agree with others it would be difficult to pull off due to the cost and the some of the personalities involved. Doing this at Super Middle or Cruiser is a lot easier for the reasons mentioned.
Just not possible involving world top 15 heavies. But if you involve lesser contenders and some interesting prospects, for a mandatory spot as the prize, then it is a go. Something like: Ajagba Dychko Majidov Kabayel Shaw Wallin Kossobutsky Wardley/Vykhrist/Fedosov IMO, a very nice lineup
