I think Korobov will enter because of his name value.

Expect a heavyweight tournament if Whyte defeats Joshua in a rematch early next year, it's pure speculation but still it might happen.

And Whyte might do it, he is better than before, he wasn't that far of matching Joshua skillwise just lacked stamina and head movement to do the job.

I think he still will work with Top Rank. I think he will be, he has to for name value and for fact that he beat Uzctegui in a very comfortable way.

    Who are likely for Super-Middle?

    Jose Uzcategui
Fedor Chudinov(back in action this month against Mohameudi)
Andrade has expressed big interest in taking part and being free agent gives him bigger cash flow.
Jesse Hart has previously expressed his desire to take part and Arum has said that he would support Hart in such bid.
    Korobov

    Might enter:

    Azizbek Abdugofurov
    David Benavidez
    Anthony Dirrell
    Vincent Feigenbautz
    John Ryder

    Who is out?

Groves and Smith will not going to enter. Ramirez and Degale look unlikely as well. Degale is certainly out. Gilberto Ramirez is certainly out after he beat Roamer Angulo. Avni Yildrim/Mock winner is unlikely at this point in time because of timing of their fight. Tyron Zeuge/Rocky Fielding pair winner is unlikely as well because of circumstances. If Zeuge beat Fielding, he won't enter but if Fielding wins he might enter but he wouldn't be the straight favorite to enter because he might fight Ryder in a rematch. Andre Dirrell is certainly out I think he is too over the hill to take part in a tough competition like this.

P.S. Purse bids for the Degale/Uzcategui clash set for July 5th. This gives enough time to Uzctagui to take part in new season fo WBSS. Uzcategui will enter even if he will lose to Degale.

Alex Saucedo is set to fight Maurice Hooker next, so Hooker's participation in super lightweight competition is on big question mark.

And Rances Barthelemy might serve as the reserve for this competition.

    And update on bantamweight competitio:

Inoue have different options, according to his manager, so he might not take part. Move up in weight is an big option for him but he might agree to join competition. But the biggest issue is with TV deals, his promoter have some deal in US in place, so that is a big issue.

    For Super-Lightweight:

    Josh Taylor
    Yigit
    Baranchyk
    Relykh
    Troyansky
    Ryan Martin
    Lipinets
    Regi Prograis is in

    Who is out?

Maurice Hooker is set to face Alex Saucedo but Saucedo is out injured untill October/Nowember. Jose Ramirez is out also. Ramirez/Hooker would be great fight for late this year.

I will be very angry if they don't include Korobov because they promised him spot before the next and promised him reserve spot during the last competition but opted for lesser names. I hope they do better this time and listen to what the fans want.

Kalle Sauerland has said that if Whyte would beat Joshua next year that might spark a interest in the heavyweight competition from organizers for the next year. Joshua isn't keen on idea as he wants enormous sums of cash for taking part.

It's unclear who will televise the competition in the UK. Dana Whyte might buy out BOX NATION and televise the competition in UK. There is BT but they might not be interested and than there is Channel 5, whoever might buy the rights will win with the move, no doubt.

Alex Saucedo is officially out of taking part in competition.

With the victory, he is now in line now to face IBF 140-pound titlist, Maurice Hooker. But given the nature of this last bout will Saucedo be ready for this assignment by the fall?

''His only 'injury' is he got five stitches o his right eye. Is he a little sore? Of course but we're already full steam ahead when it comes to planning the fight with Maurice Hooker in either late October or early November. Which would've been the time frame it it would've been if it had been a first round KO, anyways," explained the V.P. of Boxing Operations for Top Rank, Carl Moretti
