I was just going to say. Things could be worse. At least Eubank didn't win it all.

 

Very surprised indeed. The swede was outboxing Smith.

 

Groves should have taken that knee earlier. It cost him big time.

 

It's like Gallagher grew Callum in a laboratory in his decrepit basement.

 

Callum is legit people no excuses, best 168lber out there

 

A lot of hard rounds to score. Groves was generally doing better but Smith kept landing the better shots.

 

Nice little £90 win for me.

 

He didnt outbox ****.

He was pushed back throughout the fight and bullied by smith. Groves never got in range. Had 4-2 to smith up to ko.

Big upset didn't think Smith had it in him.

 

Looks like they spray painted a cheap Ikea flower vase gold. I'm glad Groves lost now so he wouldn't have to cart that around.

Counter on the jab. Good tactic from Smith. Groves looked like he'd aged a lot.

 

I just think Groves had to work so much harder just to stay in the rounds and win them. Smith with reach, height and, no doubt, weight in his favour was bullying him when they exchanged and probably not draining any more energy than he needed to in between the exchanges. Only GG's jab kept him off but when he got lazy with his right, Smith countered beautifully and, to be fair, landed a lot of shots to finish it.

 

Groves was out boxing Smith too. I had him up either 4-2 or 5-1 hard to give many clear rounds to Smith there. Should have just kept jabbing and picking away at Smith. FFS. He threw this thing away man.
