To me Groves looked like the superior boxer, i don't understand what happened lol.

 

Smith V Eubank sells out Anfield. Surely has to be the first defence.

 

Smith a very very dangerous SMW. He is massive at this weight and tbh on that performance he beats the rest of the SMWs on sheer size and power alone.

 

...he's also quite difficult to watch!

 

He was not out boxing him ffs, just out working him

Cleaner harder punches were all Smith

 

Sounds like a shite ending to a shite fight on a shite card.

I have zero regrets having jumped ship midway to watch the African light heavyweight title fight instead.

 

That was a clean left hook that Smith checked Groves with to start the entire affair. Props to him for that, and keeping on the pressure even after Groves had stung him numerous times.

Groves looked half-cooked in there let's be real.
It's a mix of too many miles and rushing back post-shoulder, just off the pace tonight and always looked 2nd best in there.
I think the Eubank Jr of the Groves fight Vs this Mundo is a pick 'em. I'd like to see it over either fighting DeGale.

 

I had 2 clear rounds for Groves and though he shaded 2-3 of the others. Yeah Groves threw this away. Probably sounds like bitterness to me, but Smith just isn't that good and Groves gave him the belt on the platter by running at him like an idiot in the closing sequence. Should have just kept boxing.

 

Tbf it was a knockout in a good close competitive matchup. Didn't watch the rest of the card so it was an expensive 7 rounds.

 

Eubank would be decapitated and I am really high on JR
