The top guys also don't fight each other either. a bigger problem than that lack of quality. Ramirez and Benavidez have been on bum tours for how long now? Uzi is a top notch guy. I think he's the #1 H2H. But yeah. Let's see these guys fight each other. FFS!

He then justifies his actions as a mod, by putting down the actions of other mods, specifically you!

Kind of frustrating that I can't go here and discuss actual boxing because people over here play drama queens when their pick goes wrong or somebody disagrees with their opinion, and feel that this entitles them to highjack the thread.

 

I'm not gonna pretend how I'd act as a mod as I ain't one and haven't been one on this site before.

It doesn't mean I should get banned for disagreeing with him in a none inflammatory fashion though. I mean yeah I called him ludicrous but that's partly due to his OTT reaction at Groves being knocked out.

Ultimately as a mod he can ban me whenever he wants, that doesn't mean I should just accept it though. Not that there's anything I can do but I can least state my displeasure at the situation.

It does suck a bit that a long time poster can't disagree with a mod about someone being a weight bully. It would suck if I was a short time poster as well tbh.

I was against how suddenly worked up everyone was over fighters turning pro young as if it's some abhorrent new practice, as opposed to your hilariously redressing of the conversation. It's been happening since the very advent of modern professional boxing with fighters like Les Darcy all the way to the modern age with fighters like Pipino Cuevas and Benitez, but your knowledge of boxing is solely modern and you have no concept of the sports history... so you think yourself some social justice warrior for disenfranchised Thai's because you linked a few youtube videos about it. Again, mad man, get a grip.

It's got some decent fighters, Smith, Ramirez, Uzcategui, Groves, Degale, Dirrell, Fielding..

Stop hating & stop watching it if you don't like it that would be a start..

I was on here for a good few years but I got peed off with all the chin checking bs in general and then British, Which used to be the last bastion of people who actually spoke about boxing went craZy with alts and people just insulting each other. So whilst this place is better than when I took a break, it still has problems.

 

Missing weight is inexcusable imo, should be a forfeit of a purse.
