World champions holding regional titles in other weight categories

    Is there anything in the rules that would prevent a world champion challenging for regional titles in other weight categories and continuing to hold belts in both divisions if successful?

    I can't imagine many world champions wanting to do this but it's happened in the past and I was wondering if it's still permitted now.
