Mamby is the obvious one. Ever stopped (can't find Nuttin on his 1 stoppage loss so calling foul play ;-)) Saad?! Not IMO.
Also, Thulane 'Sugarboy' Malinga, think his final record was 44-13, yet he was a really good fighter on his night. When he was being brung over to the UK to be served up to the likes of Benn and Robin Reid towards the end of his career, he was perceived as just an old guy with a **** record. He beat both of them.
George Dixon 71-30-55 (according to Boxrec) Chucho Castillo 46-18-2 Juan LaPorte 40-17 DeMarcus Corley 37-18-1 Chan-Hee Park 17-4-2 Charles Brewer 40-11 Hideyuki Ohashi 19-5 Alfonso Frazer 43-17-3
nah nothing foul about saoul's lone stoppage loss....coley just tore into him and had him literally spinning into a corner before the ref stopped it
Giberto Keb Baas had 35-20 record as a reigning champion http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=14039&cat=boxer Oldly enough he has a chance to improve his mark of being a champion with the worst record....he has a October1st title shot coming :yep
I think his fight with Roman Gonzalez is not happening now....thank God! Saensak Muangsurin is the craziest IMO!!!! 14-6...12 were title fights, 8 successful defences and he even lost and regained the title.....defending it 6 times in '77 (but being given a gift against Mamby) Insane rubbish prospect record, let alone journeyman ;-)
Win to loss ratio is one of the most misleading criteria for comparing fighters. For example Jeff Clark had a loosing record on boxrec, until Kevin Smith did a mass of research on his career. This man was definitely one of the pound for pound top ten of that period.
