How many Australian boxers would you consider as world class. I don't mean to include boxers who win ABC titles, but rather Australian boxers who could compete with and beat top level fighters around the world in their weight divisions.

Also what up and coming Australian boxers do you think have the potential to be world class.

My list would include, Danny Geale as a world class boxer

Jarrod Fletcher & Paul Fleming as boxers who could potentially be world class.

I agree Francis in some weak divisions its top 5 but divisions like Featherweight and Light Welterweight i would consider top 10 most definitely.

Id throw Mundine in there too.

Not quite good enough to be the best in a division but a solid top 10 fighter.

Not now imo he isn't at 154/160. At his prime at 168 I world say Mundine was top 10 ish way back when.

On 14/9/12 in London Fletcher takes on Billy Joe Saunders for his Commonwealth middle weight title.
Tough fight for Fletcher. Should give us a good idea of where he is heading.

Imo the jury is still out on Fleming. His last opponent hadn't fought for three years. Time to step it up and test himself.
