    Most people thought DeGale would win, some thought Groves would be blown away. It turned out Groves won a close decision that could have gone either way.

    There isn't that much difference with Bellew even though the decision went the other way.

    Can anybody break down how many world ranked fighters each of the top british promoters has? Is Fw leading that list?

    Ovil McKenzie would beat Karpency easily - the guy was utterly useless.

    Also, Burns vs Mitchell isn't and never will be a 50-50 fight.

    Gordon Burns vs Well Prepared Mitchell might be.

    the difference is DeGale was British champion and Groves had earned his mandatory spot with a decent resume of wins, winning the commonwealth and an eliminator.

    What did Bellew, Karpency and Kransqui do to deserve a world title fight?

    Nothing but you could say that about so many fighters. Belts really don't mean all that much.

    I'm not one of the people who saying Cleverly's a world champion so he needs to fight good guys. I'm just disappointed his level of competition has dropped since he beat Murat.
