Roberto Duran Tony Zale RUBEN OLIVARES!!!! - a left hook to the body that destroyed his opponents!!! Grebfan9 www.firstroundboxing.com
Nowadays I'll go with Margarito. I've been watching a few of his fights lately and he's really impressed me with his body shots. The fact that he has great uppercuts helps a lot. If your looking for the uppercut, bam he nails you with a body shot and vice verse.
Micky Ward had that legendary left hook to the body that would change fights... I'd have to say he's the best I've seen. Barrera was also great.
Duran, Chavez Sr, Arguello could do some mean body work, (in particular I remember him making one fighter, I think it was Cornelius Boza-Edwards, a good fighter himself, **** himself after a body punch) Micky Ward, Hatton, Cotto, McClellan had nasty power either way but really hurt some people to the body, Mike "The Bodysnatcher" McCallum, Roy Jones picked up body punching somewhere in the middle of his career and was surprisingly good at it, Barrera, Frazier, LaMotta. That's all the really notable one I can think of right now.
