why would he want to step up, super-feather is a better division than lightweight. Super-feather has 3 legit p4p'ers guzman (very underrated) , pac and jmm and 2 tough contenders gamboa and valero. lightweight has only 1 legit p4p'er juan diaz but lots of tough contenders who are fighting each other thats the only reason it is considered a better divison BTW i think khan is a great prospect.

Gamboa obviously. He is the best prospect in boxing, but Khan is right up there with all the people below Gamboa.

Also dont forget Gamboa is 26, so is physically in his prime. Where as Khan is still developing.

but Khan wasn't hit on the chin, he was hit on the temple, I don't believe his chin has been properly tested yet

    Gamboa is 26
    Khan is 20

True what someone said about gamboa being in his prime and more develped.

Atm Gamboa but time is on Khans side

Neither is the "Best Prospect in Boxing". There are more prospects with well rounded skills and power. The heading is misleading.

Khan isn't even the best prospect in his own weight class, that title belongs to one Darnell Jiles Jr who i consider to be the next Mayweather and is only 19, the kid is an amazing southpaw with brilliant speed, technicall ability, power and movement, i think he'd give Khan nightmares.

Khan is not even the best British prospect at Lightweight. Just the one with the most hype and best handlers.

    Gamboa, no contest.

Kevin Mitchell will go further than Khan.
