I'll start with the most fresh in mind, Smith Ryder, I gave to Ryder by 3 rounds being generous. Compiling a poll so throw any in the mix
I thought Katie nicked it but as I always state, jus my opinion. It was a terrific fight tho and one Id like to see a sequel too
Not one of the worst decisions this year, but the wrong gal won. This year we didn't see a really high profile fight going the wrong way, like Golovkin vs Alvarez 1, Pac vs Bradley 1 and Kovalev vs Ward 1.
This isnt from this year but worst decision off all time (arguably) is Whitaker's draw with Chavez. Travesty. After round 4, it was all Pernell. Really awful decision, one Sweet Pea had taken from him.
Don't think that's the all time worst, because we've seen complete shutouts from one side going the other way. There was a FNF fight a number of years back that was just straight up unheard of. And high profile we had Lara vs Williams, in which Williams maybe won 3 rounds, and got the nod from the judges on nationality.
Smith-Ryder Munguia-Hogan Ramirez-Zepeda Taylor-Persoon Ahkmedov-Barrios Greer-Potapov Greer-Nieves Fitzgerald-Cheeseman Vargas-Kameda Butler-Kopylenko Heraldez-Mendez Peterson-Mendez Davies-Vazquez Jenkins-Gallagher Castano-Lara Malikov-Gadzhialiev Wojcicki-Caceres Fiordigiglio-Danyo Fundora-Clark Selby-Burns McGregor-Farooq Spence-Porter (very debatable)
Reid Ottke remains the worst decision I've seen after prob the worst officiating I'm ever likely to ever see.
