that's how i saw it exactly. i was going for pacman and from the 1st round i was trying to give him a round in the first half of the fight but couldn't. i think he lost nearly every round in the first half and although he rallied as the fight went on he simply fell short in the end.
How you guys score it 8-4 for Horn where a lot of people consider it a robbery? You rarely see that for fights considered controversial.
i think a lot of people just can't come to grips that a no name fighter beat a megastar athlete. i'm thinking most people would have scored any close rounds for pacquiao because of his status.
But it doesnt happen with other fights where the name fighter got "robbed" in the mind of tge people. When you think of fights like lennox vs holyfield or pea vs Chavez nobody says they really won when the general consensus is robbery. I though Pac won the Horn fight. 115-113 and Horn should have had points deducted. Similair to usyk vs chisora or Fury vs Wallin in a way where its a close but clear decision. Didnt IB score that fight for Wallin by the way? It was closer than the bradley fight imo but it felt mostly like Arum cashing out on Pac.
1st 3 JMM fights were robberies to me. Jmm won them clearly to me. Thats not to say they were not close. Close but clear imo.
Nah pac vs Thurman was close and clear. The JMM fights were fightsvthat could go either way. I had Pac winning the first one, second a draw, third indeed was a close but clear jmm win imo. Pacquiao never clearly beat JMM. I think of he had not been ko'd it would have ended with him ko'ing Marquez in the fourth. But he will always be the Ken Norton to his Ali. Just styles make fights, but those first 3 fights were way closer than Bradley and Horn decisions.
