Worse performance by a so called champion EVER

    Pavlik lost every second of every round and was completely embarrased. Can anyone think of a true 'champion' ever looking so awful?

    It's not that Pavlik looked awful. It's that Hopkins looked good.

    Are you kidding me? Hey, I respect Hopkins for what he has accomplished and he no doubt an all time great. But Pavlik made him look THAT good tonight. Hopkins couldnt do that with Calzaghe, Wright or many others (JT included).

    This was a **** poor performance from Kelly. He should have no pride.

    come on pantera or any other doubters, hopkins is known for dictating a fight. The reason Joe Calzaghe beat him is because Joe didnt allow him to dictate it. Pavlik couldnt do that and neither could 40+ other fighters. If anything this gives more credit to joe calzaghe, hes a great fighter. Hopkins is just THAT GOOD.

    No doubt.... I cant stand him. I made a thread about this last night. I hate the unwarranted hype. I dont like the way his fans act and were clueless about him

    Abraham beat Miranda just as bad (and quicker). The Germans stole the first fight from Pantera. But I have no beef with Abraham. I beleive in him and think he is a great fighter. Pavlik had this coming to him. Pretty pathetic how badly he got beaten.

    Abraham would destroy Pavlik. The fight should never happen. A huge mismatch.

    yeah but he was looking like sugar ray robinson in there, he looked super quick compared to Pavlik at 43.

    Yes, I can think of one that looked worse. It was the last guy that Hopkins defeated who owned a title at the time.

    Who cares anyway.... Let me enjoy.
