Surprisingly it wasn't too bad. There were moments of brilliance. I hate watching slow heavyweights on under cards.
Exactly, we are witnessing the greatest amateur fighter of all time adjusting to the pro game. I wouldn't miss it and am glad to pay to see his progress. He is destined for greatness. The first fight was a back and forth battle and Pacman displayed his usual dominance. Not great but good PPV.
6 knock downs? Come om, don't kid your self. Pac slaughtered Chris as expected but 2 of the kd were slips.
Loma is a future start and pretty sure he'll be where Manny and Floyd are one day. He's got the full package of skills, talent and athletic ability. Very well balanced fighter.....he just needs a little more time to figure out what his PRO style will be. He's had quite a few AM fights so it will take a little time shedding some of those habits he picked up fighting in the AMs.
Best fight was vargas vs demarco. Pac put on a impressive ein over chris, but it was expected. In my opinion I don't think it was ppv worthy, just as ****py cards as Floyds last 2 fights.
Better than any Floyd one I can think of. Yes there was no knockouts but Vargas v Demarco was a good fight. It was a pleasure to see Lomochenko fight, beautiful fighter. Shining fight was ok. Pacquaio v Algeri was decent aswell. If that was Floyd beating Algeri like that you'd be all over it.
People need to stop buying them. Until they do you will continue to get 2nd rate cards as we have seen the last few years.
It's not as easy on the eye for the casual, I must admit. I did not watch Vargas-DeMarco as I don't care for it. Lomachenko-Piriyapinyo was beautiful to watch. Lomachenko not only beat his opponent but clowned him and showed amazing skill. Shiming looked like a legitimately great pro fighter the first few rounds but then got boring and I was falling to sleep. I kept falling to sleep during Pacquiao's fight but after the knockdown in round 9, I was fully awake. Floyd's PPV was the worst.
