I've got to go with the St. Valentine's Day massacre. What kept Jake up is beyond human comprehension. Surprised Taylor - Chavez hasn't come up yet. Toney - Holyfield... although the stoppage was right on the money. As awful as some of these are to remember, I think it's important to we do it from time to time. We're always quick to call out the ref with a quick trigger. I'm not saying quick stoppages are always correct, but it's the fights like the ones we're bringing up here that remind you just how awful the other extreme can be. Some fighters truly need to be saved from themselves.
calzaghe-lacy,mayweather-gatti,hatton-phillips was pretty bad,gomez-arthur,brodie-chi 2,castillo-lazcano,lewis-tyson to name a few.
that vic darchinyan-victor burgos was a slow execution...i remember watching this live and it was terrible to watch....i like a good brutal fight when both fighters are going all out but when one fighter is horribly overmatched and is taking a beating you need to stop it...i was disgusted at the whole outcome of the fight and what happened to burgos
Golota - Bowe fights. Golota gave Bowe brain damage. The ref should have stopped the fight. No doubt about it.
tyson and lewis gave golota brain damage, golota is a chicken ****, he couldn't handle a passed prime mike tyson.
lol, did I hit a soft spot? Golota doesnt have brain damage. As a matter of fact, he is pretty well off now'a'days.
He man, is the club in your avater in the old town of Havana by any chance? I was there last year I think but can't remember the name for the life of me As for the thread topic and fight with Randy Neuman officiating usually involves some degree of completely unnecessary punishmentatsch
Hamed-Robinson was the worst i have seen. i was sitting there trying to will hamed to just let him go down not picking him up with uppercuts. some of them uppercuts were brutal
