To me it was Cotto vs Gomez and Tito vs Vargas and Joppy. But specially Vargas... Man, that guy wasn't the same fighter after that fight. I am glad that he retired.

Cotto-Pinto... vicious.. Looked as though Cotto threw him to the floor but it was actually a punch.

Calzaghe-Lacy. Supposedly the two best SMWs in the world, though you'd never believe it when watching the fight. Complete beatdown.

    Tarver-Harding II

After Tarver floored Harding once in the 4th and again in the 5th. Harding looked totally shot. Tarver looked the ref directly in the eye and said "what do you want me to do, kill him?" when the ref didn't seem like he would stop it. The ref let Harding out once again to get quickly finished. My female companion had to leave the room mid-round.

Bernard-Joppy was pretty bad too. Joppy looked like a completely different person afterwards.

lmfao, dude you can throw in Cotto vs Maussa and Cotto vs Randall Bailey in that **** too - Have you ever seen such a 1 sided methodical beatdowns? Cotto is a systematic ****ing animal I love his punching technique, compact power punching DOESN'T get much better than Cotto.

By the way just to add to the thread....Any votes for JMM vs Rocky Juarez? That **** was difficult for me to watch in all honesty:tired

    Holmes vs. Cobb.

I also saw a fight in Tampa back in the 80's where former heavyweight Joe Roman was supposed to have an easy night in a retirement fight in front of his hometown fans. What a debacle. His opponent was a last minute sub with some skills and he massacred Joe. I had blood on my shirt from the shots Roman took and I was 5 or 6 rows back.
