Jack Welch for Wolgast vs Rivers for arbitrarily helping Wolgast up after a double KD and then choosing to count out the still downed Rivers - who was actually felled by a low (foul) punch. Ollie Pecord for the Dempsey - Willard fight. Apparently he was prepared to see Jess go out in a body bag if it came down to it. The refs who let clearly unviable Machen and Patterson be unnecessarily battered in their respective fights vs Ingo. Jersey Joe Walcott for the Ali - Liston rematch. Ali breaking the neutral corner rule and Liston being “counted out” without an actual count applied. The ref for Ali - Holmes. Quite a few players involved who should’ve stepped in sooner - not least being Angelo Dundee.
I don’t remember who was the ref for Briedis vs Glowacki but it still is fresh in my mind. I think it was Robert Byrd, one of the worst displays I’ve ever seen
we are talking about some of the highest performers. yeah true, there are some truely bad choices and biases that just seem to bubble up within a person without them noticing. This content is protected but my choice would be Ray Klingmeyer not the only fight of his. but this is absolutely outrageous. not just the famous finish when simon is spark out on the ground fencing position...and there he is lowering himself down on to his knee so he can count. the way he loses control of the fight, doesnt do anything about the headbutts, lowblows pushes. it's wild. doesnt seem to be aware of what he is suopposed to be doing. even kicking water out the ring without a care in the world for the fight. it's so dangerous.
Kenny Bayless, he halts my Undisputed match just as I'm about to finish my opponent. The cut wasn't even that serious.
