Worst Case Scenario For Kovalev

    What's the worst case Scenario here? 4/19 is the court date.
    Ive never seen Kovalev so motivated than his last fight. I don't want my boy doing hard time. He's getting sued for Eight Million.

    Anyone have any idea? What's Kovalev's best & worst case scenario?

    I give Kovalev credit, if I was innocent, it would be hard to be quite. She's dragging his name through the mud.

    I recently saw a college football player lost his first round NFL draft ticket, due to false allegations. He got off not guilty & it was consensual. Every case is different but Kovalevs case seems peculiar

    She may well have led him on to try to set him up. She is an ageing woman, losing her looks, just a gold digger who uses men.

    Kovalev is not guilty.

    Well, the worst case scenario would be if she sues Kovalev for most of his money, I think. Because even if they put Sergey in prison for several years, Kovalev (a guy who was born and raised in a suburb of a drug-infested industrial center in Western Siberia) would be ok there...

    Kovalev, if he has no priors, faces 3 to 6 years in prison. With no priors he probably would get no more than 4 years. And he also faces legal hurdles with a civil suit. If he is convicted the civil case becomes almost a slam dunk $3 million plus court costs and the plaintiff's legal fees. His downside is very bad.

    It does not help that qualifies as highly trained martial artist. That will be taken into account. Also taken into consideration will be that the victim says she spotted him in bushes on her property the following morning. That is not going to look good in court either.

    He better have a damn good attorney. He's in very deep waters here.

    I really hope that the dog Annie who (allegedly) got kicked viciously by Kovalev has made a full recovery. As a society we can't tolerate cruelty against animals. Annie deserves justice too ! #StandwithAnnie
