    vitali is the first to come to mind, there were probably other who were cut worse. vasquez in raph-vas 4 for example.

    A couple cuts come to mind..

    Vitali vs. Lewis (Dude his eyebrow was hanging off)
    Margarito vs. Lujan (Dude...his ear was hanging off)
    Valero vs. Demarco (Valero's cut was pretty damn gnarly)

    Yup, Vitali was the first thing I thought of. The gash Valero suffered from the accidental elbow (Antonio DeMarco) was pretty nasty too.
