Literally no outcome could have made Holyfield-Valuev a "magical night", it was a terrible night for boxing, no matter the result.

At the final bell, Oscar said to Sturm: "Congratulations, you won".

i thought Mosley-DLH II was pretty outrageous, as well as JMM-John, and Martinez-Cintron

It wasn't even close to worst decision ever...but...I thought Benn clearly beat Eubank in the 2nd fight.

I don't think it gets much worse than Reid v Ottke... German judging lost ALL credability after that fight.

While the ref was a total disgrace in that fight, the scoring was not nearly as bad as in Lewis - Holyfield, DHL - Trinidad, Roy Jones in the Olympics and many others. Reid led early in the fight but Ottke came back in the second half. While I felt that Reid had won, it was still a close fight and there are no robberies in close fights. The term robbery should be reserved for a fight where one fighter clearly dominates and the other gets the decision. And Ottke was not "usually" beaten and then got a gift decision. I don't like Ottke but this a myth perpetuated by people who did not watch his fights.

Eubank v Watson 1 was a bad one.Chris had a few questionable wins but that was the worst.Never saw Ottke v Reid but the way people talk about it,it must have been a very bad one.Even in Germany it is acknowledged that old Sven got some favours in his long boring career.I thought Reid was a little unlucky against Calzaghe as well.
