Clearly Luis Santana. He literally won the belt with a DQ over Norris. To make it worse, he defended it with another DQ win this time after the bell ended. Can't think of a worse champion..

Eddie the eagle the man that as good as dangled off the edge then fell off lol, he was more popular by being that bad than if he won gold he even did hp sauce commercial around the same time as big frank bruno

Quite possibly. Celestine Caballero and Carlos Maussa were both really, really bad - Celestine won because he was so freaking big fighting tiny men, and Maussa because he hit hard, took a good shot, and was awkward ... should never have held a belt.

Luevano was about as average as you could get, nothing even good about him but somehow he made it work. Weak era right now.

i'll agree with the top three. bowe is greatly overrated, but not deserving of a spot on the worst ever list.

He's not even the worst jr. middleweight champion. :nono

Luis Santana probably takes that 'honor'.

You have a lot of brand new fans today. They are picking fighters of today that they may not like rather than who truly is the worst champ of all time.

he did okay for a few rounds against Julio Cesar Chavez and his record was pretty decent ... 55-4 with 38 kos kind of sounds like Pac's record, though of course not against that kind of competition.

And 3 of his losses were to Tony Lopez, Chavez, and the famous Gatti incident ...
