Worst excuse for a bad performance by a boxer?

    Why has the TOE incident not been added to this poll?:huh

    It is obviously the worst excuse for losing.

    Those are the facts, the guy moved up in weight,had one fight at 160 and then loss to a guy who had been in that weight class for 8 years.

    How long was Joppy fighting as a MW? does it matter? fact is he (Tito) went in their as heavy betting favourite and got the **** beat out of him by Hopkins.

    Joppy:patsch DLH was probably the betting favourite against Bhop too and look how that turned out.The two best ww of that time had a horrible middleweight run, thats why it matters.its not even about excuses, its about blowing a win out of proportion even if tito was coming of a spectacular win over joppy who nobody knew existed until that fight.
