Worst Idea for a Superfight in '09? HOPKINS vs MAYWEATHER at 160lbs

BHOP can no longer make 160, so this can't happen.

Bhop would beat the living **** out of Mayweather if they ever fought, BHOP is too big and too good.

 

I'm not suguesting that this is a good idea but it is not the worst superfight that can be made. Their not that far off size wise. Hopkins is 6′ 1″ with a 75“ reach and Mayweather is 5′ 8″ with a 72“ reach. Yes that is an advantage in Hopkins favor but it is not an unreasenable one. The fight would be a tactcal one. The kind that those who only like toe to toe action would not enjoy. As some one who enjoys a good tactacal match as well as a toe to toe brawl this match up might not be so bad after all. The bigest problem is that Hopkins would have trubble with the 160l lbs. weight. At his age it is a bad idea to go down in weight class. Look at Jones and De La Hoya as examples. If this fight were to happen Mayweathwer would easly win. In a prime for prime match up at 160 I can see Hopkins out smarting Mayweather to a decision win.
If we want to talk about the worst idea for a superfight how about the Brothers Klitschko (Wladimir and Vitali) vs. The Marquez Brothers (Juan Manuel and Rafael).:rasta That would be a realy bad idea.
