    On a note..Taylor vs Pavlik I was the perfect stoppage. Wasn't too early or too late.

    Frazier- Quarry 2 comes to mind. In round 5 Jerry actually looks over to Joe Louis asking him to stop the fight. Joe ignored him and waved them back in? Why boxing bodies think formers fighters can make good referees is beyond me. Jersey Joe in with Liston-Ali 2?
    IMHO that left hook Joe landed one or two rounds earlier may well have speeded up his eventual dementia. I'm sure there are a handful of former fighters that made good referees but I can't come up with any right now.

    One of the worst refereeing jobs I've ever seen. Probably Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder would do better than this guy....

    This is MMA but this late stoppage is one of the worst i've seen in
    any combat sport.

    Whitaker/Hurtado is the worst I've ever seen. What was Mercante Jr. thinking?!
