There had been a Golden Boy PPV that was designed to strum up Mexican pride or something like that with Juan Manuel Marquez as the headliner. Well, it turned out that Marquez couldn't fight so Daniel Ponce de Leon headlined against Al Seeger.

The undercard included Juan Lazcano against Manuel Garnica and a few other crappy matches.

Those Latin Fury cards with Chavez Jr. It would be interesting to see the headliners, But I don't know where they dig up these opponents?!

Maybe once a year, Boxing(Like the WWF)should have a supercard. with the best fighters defending thier Championships, That would be something!

even though fireworks, smack talking and entertaining trunks are things i think dont represent boxing.
this idea i think is a should/could be incorperated...problem is that boxing is a freelance sport. there isnt a singular body saying "do this, do this and do that" any business man can organise a world title and a few cheap journeyman to be a ppv.
