Hearns at 147, no question about it.

Hearns no question. I can't see Mayweather seeing the 5th round.

Hearns with his matching speed, size and power advantage

Agree 100%. Wouldn't have enough pop to keep Tommy's incredibly varied assault off him. Assuming Tommy didn't gas I'd favor him all the way.

Gas? When Hearns fought Leonard, it was a same day weigh-in and he came in at 145 and still fought hard until Leonard stopped him in the 14th round. What makes you think Hearns would gas with a day before weigh-in and 12 round fight against Mayweather?

It doesn't really matter IMO. Mayweather probably doesn't see the middle rounds.

Hearns at WW is a stylistic nightmare for PBF.

It matters to me. I'm a Hearns fan like you are a Pac fan and these urban legends about his stamina and chin kind of bother me.

You're probably right, the only fights he ever gassed were fought at a pace Floyd would never set.

hearns would be his all time worst match. considering he is literally 5 weight classes bigger and would tower over him. wingspan of PW with sick power and legit great boxing skills

the others are good match ups to be honest

Has no chance against either Hearns or Leonard. Hearns too much reach power and good enough speed to land. Bad style match up. Leonard is just overall superior to Floyd.

I'm saying that Hearns questioned stamina and chin doesn't matter. First Mayweather can't crack at 147 so he's not hurting Hearns. And second we don't have 15 rounds anymore.

Hearns was stopped by Leonard and Hagler sure. But guess what???? Leonard and Hagler were great. His chin and stamina aren't that bad. It's that Leonard and Hagler are really good.

I'm a Hearns fan too, he's probably my favorite fighter of all time. I ran into Tommy and Manny in Santa Monica 7 years ago while getting lunch with my Dad and we went over to tell them both how much we'd loved watching them work together. Neither one could have been more gracious or charming. They invited us to have a seat with them and I had the most enjoyable and educating 45 minutes of my life listening to Manny and Tommy talk about the old days. I would never take anything away from Tommy. I agree that the criticism of his chin and stamina are overstated but if you had to find flaws in his game (and everyone has some) those are what you would pick on.

i see a legit chance against srl IF Floyd started at WW. actually i would pick him to beat srl every day if Floyd started at 147 and not at 130 having to build his little body up to 147 which is more than he weighs in at.

he weighs in at 146 when in great shape and fights at that weight. do you guys see Floyd as that much more skilled than those guys mentioned to always have to compare Floyd h2h vs fighter that started where Floyd ended his career ?
