We've seen many robberies and digusting bias from commentators and judges in boxing this decade, but what were the worst in which the referee played a major part in it all?
Here are 3 examples in which it was clear that the referee wasn't particularly impartial. (eventual "winner" mentioned first)

Mares (US) vs Agbeko (GHA) 2011, referee Russel Mora (US)

Kovalev (RUS) vs Cleverly (UK) 2013, referee Terry O'Connor (UK)

Browne (US) vs Kalajdzic (BOS) 2016, referee Tony Chiarantano (US)

    Do you have more examples?

Howard Foster stopping the first Carl Froch George Groves bout by putting George Groves in a headlock and allowing Frock to hit him to the body was an absolute disgrace, for many reasons. It seems unfashionable to be on this side of the fence these days, in light of how the second bout went, but you have to judge on a bout by bout basis. There is no way that is a stoppage - "Froch would have won anyway, the momentum was changing", they say - not how boxing works.

One that sticks out for me was Figueroa going life and death with a shot Ricky burns.the ref was holding and pulling at burns arms everytime they engaged in a clinch.paulue malignaggi was on comms and he was disgusted by the antics.

Laurence Cole... another of those referees with a lot of clearly partial and/or total sh_t performances :sisi3:

I don't think it affected the outcome (though may have prevented a ko) but the ref for Joshua vs Parker was awful. So handsy with both fighters. Def prevented parker from doing any inside work with his faster hands which is basically how ruiz beat joshua.

Laurence Cole has had his moments.
Let Salido play whack-a-mole with Lomachenko´s family jewels.
Kept giving Foreman 100 chances even tho technically Foreman should have lost via TKO way before the fight was actually stopped.
Told Marquez he was ahead on points if he wanted to quit.
Saved Chavez Jr. from Manfredo. Manfredo was beating Chavez up and Chavez was visibly getting tired. Unfortunately Chavez got in a big shot that wobbled Manfredo. Jr followed that up with an extended assault, but barely landed a handful clean shots as Manfredo did a great job defending himself. And just as Chavez slowed down and Manfredo managed to clinch him, Cole ****ing stopped the fight!
Let Dirrell land low blows on Abraham. Even acknowledging he saw it when Dirrell or Abraham tried to let him know, but still took no action.
    "He hit me low"
    "I know, keep going"
    WHAT!?

 Warns Loma of using his head, meanwhile Saldio has been holding on for dear life the last 30 seconds.

 Here is a nice senile old man:

My countryman Roger Tilleman in Ottke - Reid.
He even warned him for hitting him.
Tilleman is actually a good referee but he was corrupt as ****.

Joshua Parker comes to mind. Ref had no business on this planet. Protecting AJ.

At one point the ref told Joshua off for trying to land an uppercut. . Dave Higgins agreed after that the ref was terrible for both the fighters.

Since when is Parker this inside fighter who was gonna maul Joshua?
Giuseppe Quartarone has thus far officiated only 1 world title fight. He mostly handles EBU title fights.
Whomever appointed him, ****ed up big time.

I think it had a lot more to do with poor choices by the commissions than actual corruption.

Byrd in Glowacki vs Briedis... I've never seen anything like it.
