Worst ownage of a british fighter?

  1. Remember watching Honeyghan do that as a kid and even as a nipper thinking what a twat Lloyd was.

Wenton - MAB was a pretty one-sided affair

X2 for this. Dodson's eye was like a tennis ball in the end. he tried his best though but was hopelessly outclassed

  6. to say Naz got owned is way off. He was beaten by the better man, and lost with pride.

The owning part of Naz - Barrera was when MAB grabbed Naz and slammed him into the ring post and Naz just looked overpowered and lost.

I was a big fan Naz and it wasn't good to see.

Especially the way Naz went on about himself, to see him embarrassed like that wasn't good, his ego was shattered.

Derry Matthews v Choi Tseveenpurev sticks in my memory. Fair play to Derry for geting back up multiple times but he spent the entire fight getting hit from different angles with seemingly no idea what to do except stand still and get hit. Can't remember seeing a fighter look so thoroughly clueless against an opponent he'd fancied himself to get the better of.

Jones was slashed up by Curry

    but didnt freeze

    didnt go down

and was throwing punches until the end to try and take Currys head off

he was getting techincally outclassed a bit..................growing up training behind my back garden there would have been very limited sparring for him

but was always a danger and Curry was always cautious

its just his nose and skin and blood let him down

after the fight Colin said he could take Currys punches "all night"

Colin has never been knocked out..............that was his first and only stoppage loss and he finished on his feet

Colin was a hard little ******* no doubt

and Curry has said himself that the Colin Jones fight was probaly the best performance of his career when he was at his very peak

    Vargas Vs Hodkinson

Good fighter Hoko but just ran into a brick wall that night. Not nice to watch a good world champion get essentially battered. He was never the same after it.

    Chavez Vs Holligan

Busted up and breathing blood at the end. Tough to go in with Chavez in his pomp.
