All of them. Wlad, Joshua, Haye and Povetkin are probably the most obvious from that list, but the others do too.

 

Joshua, Ortiz, Haye and Wilder would be the ones abusing them like candy because they are now untouchable due to their promoters.

Joshua's eye's were blood shot at the recent presser in NY, that is the hallmark of roid abuse after pumping the body with synthetic substances. In the past he has been seen with a roid gut.

Same with Haye who has ducked the clean testing program.

 

The question is not who's abusing PEDs, but rather who's on the newest most undetecable stuff that will ensure them clean results every time out along with the love and trust of the public. For years that was Wlad. I think we all know who the mantel has passed to now.
