Bute certainly wouldn't be high up on my list if I was compiling one.

Difficult to pinpoint who he should have fought but has gone out of his way not to.

...the only fighter Bute could have fought but decided not to was Kessler, right after he became Champ and Kessler was on the rebound after Calzaghe. Bute said he wasn't ready, and he was right. Some people said he should have fought Kessler then, but they were mainly people who just wanted Kessler to prove he was the best of the rest, not people who wanted to see a great, competitive fight that would really raise Kessler's status.:think

...I guess there's also Andrade...but Andrade was on course to be mandatory challenger again, and Bute said he'd willingly fight him again, then. Of course, if he doesn't...that's a "-" against him...but let's wait and see...
