I'm not looking for single calls you disagreed with. Richard Steele in Chavez-Taylor I just doesn't count here.

What ref's have made consistent, awful calls that either ruined or stole fights?
I'm putting together a presentation, so if you have video or articles, I'd sure appreciate it.

I Cant go back too far, but the Williams-Airich ref was the worst I've ever seen, and it's not close. That includes fights like Ottke-Reid and Coggi-Gonzalez I.

God, that was disraceful, wasn't it? A one minute round, too...Talk about a paid official, speaking of the bell ringer!

Joe Cortez - Hatton - Mayweather (I'm not a Mayweather lover, by the way). The guy ruined the fight.

Mares fight 1 ref deserves a shout, the one with a million low blows.

Lots of stuff Micky Vann did....

That was just a pisstake...Coggi-Gonzalez held the belt for me for many years but I think that may take the prize now.

Definitely the fight williams had over in poland or germany. He was getting points taken off every round for landing punches. Disgraceful stuff.

Also in a more classical sense there's the walcott- dixie kid fight were the ref had bet on kid.

The first mares-agbeko fights is one of the worst i've ever seen.

I can't find it now but there was a really bad fight I saw on youtube where fighter a really kicked the **** out of fighter b dropping him maybe 6 times and the ref kept breaking it up and helping him up and sending fighter a to a neutral corner giving recovery time, a couple of rounds like this and fighter a had punched himself out and fighter b landed a couple of shots in the row and the ref stopped the fight. Terrible.

Another bad one is from women's boxing holmes v matthyse I think it was. Complete failure by the referee to protect the fighter.

Coggi-Gonzalez 1 is the most corrupt ever.

Gainer-Norwood is the most incompetent I've ever seen.

Mercante Jr's handling of Cotto-Foreman was disgraceful.
