That was outrageous, and I don't understand why there wasn't some kind of investigation after that. However, it wasn't a big surprise, Reid was never going to get the nod in Germany over Ottke. He should've gone all out to flatten the cheating wanker. (I'm talking about the ref)

    :rofl :rofl
I wonder how complicent Otke was in the corruption.
Jones at the olympics was a worse decision but the all round deciet of the ref (who's now a judge I read somwhere) was shameful. He should've been arrested and thats not hyperbole.

Ruiz-Golota - Golota scored two KDs, got another point deduction, AND landed more punches - yet, he SOMEHOW lost the decision. That's bad, real bad.

    Augustus-Berton. Yeuch.

    Reid-Ottke.

A classic- Lou Ambers vs Henry Armstrong.

Calzaghe-Lacy. I can't see how you could score this one for Joe.

True. I can't remember the punch-stats for that fight, but Foreman must have landed at least 45% of his punches. To his credit, Briggs showed a very good chin; if he'd actually had defensive skills and good stamina he could have been something special.

DLH-Sturm was definitely a robbery, but DLH-Whitaker was a close fight like many others.

Not a terribly significant fight, but Kid Diamond vs Huerta was awful robbery IMO.

    polish fighter zegan v grigorian.

only about 6 rounds were shown on tv but the commentators said the other rounds followed the same pattern and what we saw was zegan walking down and putting a pasting to arthur for the 6 rounds , so 12-0 in rounds.

    zegan lost on points .

    billy hardy v orlando canizales.

hardy won the fight by a long way , but the fight was given to the name fighter canizales as if his name was already pencilled in before the fight started.

    alkinwande v shulz fight 1.

given a draw , but akinwande jab and move meant shulz could not get close for the whole fight.

    schulz v george foreman.
see canizales for the name fighter getting the nod.

No, Billy put in a brilliant performance and gave a very good titliist one hell of a fight. It was damn close in the end, and in them situations I think the benefit of any doubt should go to the champ. And bear in mind the fight was in Hardy's home town.

On top of that Orlando was classy and did the right thing giving Billy a deserved rematch, which was a littte more one sided.;)

That was indeed a shocker, and fell into the stereotype of foreign fighters needing a KO to get a draw in Germany.

Mind you I am from England and I know for instance Sugarboy Malinga may think the same of my country.
