This wasn't a massively wide margin for a scorecard, but the judge who had Chavez winning the Taylor fight 105-104 should be ashamed of himself. Chavez won 3 rounds, 4 at best. And this judge had him winning. Disgraceful.

 

yeah the Martinez Williams was so bad. I saw it the first time and thought Williams won by 1 or 2 rounds, but the second time I watched it, i had Martinez winning and then that one judge had Williams winning all but like 1 or 2 rounds. I must also admit the Mayweather Castillo scorecard was bad. I had Floyd winning both fights, but he didn't win it as long as they did and he had a closer score in the rematch, but won it more decisively

 

Williams vs Cintron...
The fight got famous because of Kermit's frog jump, but the scorecards were outrageous. It was close with Cintron looking to have the upper hand. but when the scorcards came out:

With a whole lot of fantasy you could maybe score it 39-37, but that was even reaching... But all rounds to Williams?!? :shock: Come on!

Also i dont know if most of you remember but this year there was also the fight campillo vs shumenov, campillo clearly won something like 9/10 rounds. patricia jarman once again proved to me that she has no clue whatsoever at scoring a fight 117-111 was the other way around, maybe she has the names wrong.
ALso holyfield vs valuev and haye valuev were robberies.

 

The Mijares-Navarro scorecard was unbelievable. I remember the commentators were convinced they had announced it wrongly and he had Mijares winning a shut-out. Afraid not.

Williams winning 11 rounds against Martinez and Shumenov winning handily against Campillo were truly awful cards.

One that hasn't been mentioned so far is the referee scoring Fury-McDermott 98-92 in favour of Fury. Tyson clearly lost the fight - having him win 8 rounds was inexcusable.

I don't know if these judges are corrupt or just terribly incompetant - either way, they shouldn't be allowed to judge a fight ever again.

 

yes this one is correct, i also had mcdermott winning. Also kotelnik beat alexander, judges giving him only was expected in this hometown robbery. another robbery this year was selcuk aydin vs jojo dan.

 

Mijares - Navarro was the first that came to mind, but Sergio Martinez needs to be mentioned here. Clearly his fights were fixed, a draw against Cintron? 119-110 against Williams? That kind of stuff makes the US look worse than Germany. Also at the end of the third round you can hear some one saying "9 over 10, 9 over 10", and then Peterson says, "Paul Williams". Probably nothing but clearly Martinez was meant to be an opponent to boost American fighters, but he was too good for that.
