    Actually those titles mentioned can be part of a good book. Because boxers have screwed up doesn't necessarily mean they lack knowledge. Some people were horrible fighters but turn out out be masterful trainers. Besides, you want to learn from re-established people who have actually gone through a traumatic situation because they know it better than those who have never faced adversity. Some of the best mentors I've worked with as a teen were former gang members teaching me **** about life and what to stay away from.

    I know this is meant to be a humor thread but it undermines the intelligence of boxers. I do agree most aren't exactly geniuses (hell, they bash each other's brains for a living). But not all are blockheads.
