    Chris Byrd was awful.
    I'm not sure what people see in him. I distinctly remember his back-to-back wins over Oquendo and Golota. He was ****.

    I think the problem with that win is that it was more about what Wlad did wrong rather than what Brewster did right.

    Brewster did a lot better against Golota and Wlad than Byrd did.
    Brewster was a better heavyweight than Byrd, imo.
    Byrd was a game tricky fighter, but never a convincing heavyweight. The judges' saw things his way a couple of times when it could have gone the other.

    That's a fair point about Brewster's win over Golota. I'd forgotten about that.
