Worst standup in MMA

Probably an amateur or someone making their pro debut.

Since you're just talking MMA and not a specific higher organization within MMA.

 

Brock. I know that will offend some people, but his stand-up really is horrible.

 

its probably not the worst but yeah, he is horrible with his hands.

 

sean sherks is horrible. with his short arms and although he tries very hard it always ends up looking like hes trying NOT to hit his opponent. like its a choreographed fight scene or something.

 

Jake Shields stand up is just dire.

Hence the reason it is an apt statement in this thread.

 

I think functional is the best way to describe Jake on the feet, maybe on the ground aswell

matt riddle got a massive ko to get into the ultimate fighter, his stand up isnt that bad.

but jake shields stand up is a joke, he cant even kick pads properly

 

Fitch has pretty poor stand up.

 

I would've said Jake Shields before the GSP fight, but he was better than I thought he was capable of in that fight. Still not great, nor even very good, but far from the worst out there.
