Is if the fight is so close that it ends up a draw..

The anticipation on this fight is similar to when Pac-JMM fight. One of the fighters is recognized as the real champ whereas the other hold the titles. Both have the momentum and perceived to be at their best (although you could aruge that JC is not really at his peak prime).

This fight should crown the 1st ever 168 undisputed champ and I hope it resolves who really is the man at 168 instead of both going home with their own belts.

which is which exactly? They both have titles, Calzaghe is recognised as the best and will be until someone else dethrones him

Funny how you should mention a draw, because both times in the past when a WBO champ and a WBC champ at SMW fought each other it actually ended in a draw.

SRL (WBC) vs Hearns (WBO) and
    Benn (WBC) vs Eubank (WBO)

I totally agree, and let's add a controversial stoppage to the worst case scenario.

It wont be. Any close rounds will probably go to Joe but majority will be clearly in Joe's favour anyway.

Well Kessler has 2 legit belts whereas Calzaghe only one, and WBO belt at that.:nut

What Fluxstaff said, worst thing would be an undeserving win for either. The only thing worse would be if one got a critical or fatal injury. Or 60,000 people fighting amongst themselves instead of the fighters.

If it ends a draw, which is doubtful, both sides will be screaming robbery.

    "Kessler CLEARLY won!"

    "Calzaghe CLEARLY won!"

No, the worst thing that could happen is one of the two gets a cut from an accidental headbutt in round 1 and the fight is declared a no contest.

The worst part in this scenario would be that Calzaghe still breaks his hands from the headbutt.

    Not really.

A very good case could have been made for Floyd.

A case of sorts could have been made for a draw.

Not much case there for an Oscar win.

So, all in all, most ( but for the die-hard Oscar fanatics) accepted the result as a fair outcome.
