Yeah true, do agree that its because hes probably the only black ref in english footy why TFFP said it but still you can see it being offensive.
Saying blonde haired twat wouldn't be the same because hair colour isn't a race, and there is no history behind hair being offensive, but wouldn't it be weird if there was!!

On the face of it his record looks very ordinary, but when you actually watch him its clear he isn't!

The Appleby fight was a close one which could have gone either way (I scored for Appleby) but he beat Matthews easily.

While we're on the subject, try watching the amateur shows at novice and open level. Geez, I've seen some absolute shockers with referees. Don't get me started on the judges too. Fighting as a heavyweight in open class at another club's area in the early 90's used to be like fighting in Germany. You could drop a guy in each round and still lose on points. (Yes I'm till bitter at being robbed at Blyth ABC and Teams!! x).
