Would 23 year old Floyd struggle with shot to **** Paulie Malgnaggi?

I don't think he outclassed him, he barely won 2 rounds more, Khan outclassed him winning every round and hurting Paulie to a point where he couldn't continue, it was that one sided.

Look Broner won, but its not a win you should be bragging about. broner and most of his fans said this would end by KO or Paulie would get battered and lose every round leaving a mess. This didn't happen.

 

I don't think there's anybody denying that Broner did not do what his biggest fans said he would. But what they were expecting was unprecedented. Broner still won it 8-4 on BHop's scorecard and 9-3 on one of the judges scorecards, which was a completely legitimate card. Every single round on the 9-3 card was scored the same way on at least one of the other two score cards. To put that a little more clearly, there wasn't one round that he gave to Broner that at least one other judge didnt also give to Broner. If you go by power punches round by round Broner won 11-1 (though obviously thats no way to score a fight). Paulie got outclassed.

 

I did say it in the other thread, forgot about that, but it's essentially true. Broner took a few rounds to warm up but in rounds 5-12 he completely outclassed Paulie.

 

If Broner had been deducted a point it would've been a draw? Pretty sure it would've been 115-112 PM then 114-113 and 116-112 Broner. Broner by split decision. Whenever you are relying on the referee taking points to justify your argument you lose.

Ricky Hatton wasn't shot, he actually gave a pretty damn good account of himself against Mayweather, and Khan is one of the fastest starters in the sport. One of Broner's weaknesses at this stage is he is not a fast starter. But once he got warmed up he whooped Paulie and the sho stats reflect that.

 

By the way, FWIW, the AP had Broner winning 117-111.
