Would a Klitchko style show work in the UK?

    Imagine a prime Ricky Hatton packing out Wembley stadium and blowing out an overmatched opponent in a couple of rounds live on ITV

    Minimal undercard, but with a fantastic light show with live music, packed with celebs and corporate entertainment

    How would that go down?

    I don't know. It is like gaming a great looking bird, taking her back to your place, getting down to business but then not closing the show (know what I mean).

    You wonder what all the work was for!

    It seems most British fight crowds are more interested in getting pissed and rowdy.
    Much more of a sterile atmosphere at German fights

    It worked for Hatton in Manchester but not with Calzaghe. Even with Hatton, before the Tszyu fight, the Men only holds about 20,000 while where the Klitschko's fight are usually bigger staduims.

    Plus Hatton's style didn't bore the crowd and the British fans wouldn't clap Wlad's style and fights.
